Vitaliy Shutyi is the pastor of Victory Christian Church in the city of Dnipro. He was born in Kyiv, and in 1996, at the age of 20, he gave his life to God at Victory Christian Church in Kyiv. For more than 15 years, he served as the chief administrator of the church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Henry Madava. During the war, in April 2023, he responded to God’s calling to become the pastor of a church in Dnipro. Since then, God has used Pastor Vitaliy mightily to grow the church and touch the lives of many, leading people to conversion and helping them fulfill God’s calling in their lives. Pastor Vitaliy is married and raising three children.
The Senior Pastor of all Victory churches is Henry Madava. After coming to the USSR in 1986 and graduating from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers, he founded Victory Christian Church in Kyiv in December 1992. Pastor Henry has been working in God’s vineyard, teaching and preaching the Truth in Ukraine and around the world. His consistent and clear teaching of the Word of God makes his messages easily understood by everyone. Pastor Henry Madava is a well-known preacher and a sought-after speaker at many conferences. He has preached the Word of God in more than 46 countries. As one of the leading Christian leaders in Ukraine, Henry Madava has a deep desire to see an awakening in Ukraine and throughout the world.

"Come In" Youth Club
A place of pleasant communication and spiritual growth, where teenagers read the Bible together, learn Christian principles and have a great time. Every Saturday at 4:00-5:30 PM
Hope Fellowship Groups
At "Hope Fellowship Groups," believers learn principles of spiritual life, pray for each other's needs, and share testimonies of how God answers prayers.
Children`s Planet Sunday School
In the children's ministry, we combine developmental activities like drawing, crafting, reading, and singing with teaching the basic truths of the Christian faith.
Prayer Services
At prayer services, we pray to God about needs of our country, city, and church as well as about out personal needs. And God answers us!
Evangelistic Ministry
We go out together with youth to evangelize, to invite people towards God, salvation, and church.
"There Is Hope" Ministry
We provide humanitarian aid in the form of food rations to the parishioners of our church.
Christian events
Also, our church conducts evangelistic mass events and Christian events for already believing people.
